Friday night football could be one idea the Club pursues to help the team on the pitch, according to Torquay United general manager, Geoff Harrop.
“Friday night football always excited me as a player, and fans have told me that it is something that they would like to see back at Plainmoor,” said Harrop.
“Moving some of our fixtures to a Friday night would allow more fans to come to the game, including footballers that play on a Saturday.
“I’d like to know what our fans think of the idea, and if they are in favour then it is something we can investigate further.”

Macclesfield Town have played Dover Athletic on a Friday night already this season. Both clubs need to agree to the date change in order for the game to be switched to a Friday night.
