An exciting opportunity has arisen within Torquay United AFC to help lead the club’s youth development programme.
Working in conjunction with the Club’s first-team management, the successful candidate will strongly contribute to, and help develop, the club’s already successful footballing pathway from the youngest age groups through to Under-18 level, and will be responsible for the smooth running of all youth development age-groups.
Managing all aspects of youth development and playing a key role in players’ progression towards first-team professional status, the ideal candidate will sustain the ethos and standards of the Club, so that our players can continue to develop and progress.
TUAFC is therefore seeking applications from ambitious, driven leaders, with proven experience of working within professional football and significant coaching experience within youth-level football.
Comfortable with dealing with stakeholders at all levels, as well as fulfilling a number of media commitments, this role will be based at various different locations, and will require regular travel, along with a combination of daytime, evening and weekend working.
