Plymouth midfielder to remain at Plainmoor until the end of the season
Torquay United is delighted to announce that Plymouth Argyle midfielder Will Jenkins Davies will be extending his stay at the club, after agreeing a new loan deal until the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
Having originally arrived at Plainmoor in the summer of 2023, Will instantly endeared himself to the Yellow Army, with his 36 appearances and 8 goals in all competitions going a long way to helping The Gulls avoid relegation following a traumatic 2023/24.
After returning to Torquay last September, Jenkins Davies has gone on to establish himself as a key component of Paul Wotton’s table-topping side, with the 20 year-old currently in a particularly rich vein of form, having notched four goals in his last three league matches, including the opener in last Saturday’s 2-0 home win over Farnborough.
