As part of the recent restructuring behind the scenes at Torquay United, three exciting new vacancies are now open for applications.
The Partnerships Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing all partnership and sponsorship activity throughout Torquay United. This includes building commercial relationships, developing a cohesive partnership CRM, maximising revenue, enhancing partner visibility, and ensuring exceptional service for all TUFC partners and sponsors.
The Stadium Manager role will include maintenance of the main pitch and stadium at Torquay United and other facilities used by the club to a high standard and to ensure the stadium and grounds adhere to the relevant policies, health and safety legislation, and follows best practice. This role effectively combines the duties of a groundsman with general maintenance.
The Kit and Clean lead will be required to maintain the highest standard of kit care to the first-team players and training staff and contribute to the overall success of the Football Department. The successful applicant will also contribute to the cleaning of the estate with a focus on player areas, including changing rooms and the players’ lodge.
