Our Club Shop is open 10-2 Wednesday – Friday, and also before and after fixtures on home matchdays.
PLEASE NOTE – If selecting ‘Collection’ as your dispatch method, you will receive an email advising you when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive at the stadium until you have received this.
For all return enquires please email In the first instance firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you wish to return and the reason for the return when you contact us.
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 28 days.
Please note the club cannot be held liable for orders not received due to incorrect information being submitted, such as invalid address details.
Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty. Please note the delivery fee is non-refundable.
All orders can be returned in store, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the shop team will be happy to assist you.
– If you’ve paid using a credit/debit card, a refund/exchange will be processed at the till point.
– If you’ve paid using PayPal , once we have your order back the transaction can be reversed.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Torquay United Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer. As soon as your return has been received and checked by our shop team, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items please contact email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
