After a stunningly successful season that culminated in promotion to the FA Women’s National League for only the second time in the Club’s history, Torquay United’s women have announced their full pre-season schedule ahead of the 2026/27 season.
With Ryan Perks’ side determined to impose themselves on the fourth tier next term, The Gulls’ friendly schedule includes a number of eye-catching fixtures, with the warm-up campaign kicking off with a trip to FAWNL Division One South East side Queens Park Rangers on Sunday, July 12th.
The following weekend will see Torquay host Birmingham City’s Under-21 side, before local bragging rights will be up for grabs in midweek when Torquay make the short journey to Exeter City, prior to another home encounter against Bognor Regis three days later.
The final two games will see United head to South Wales, with Welsh top-flight outfits Swansea City and Cardiff City providing the opposition in the first two Sundays in August.
