Jimmy Ball’s side will face the next test in their pre-season schedule tomorrow evening, as they take on Plymouth Parkway at Bolitho Park (14/07/26 7.30pm KO).
Having chalked up their third successive warm-up win on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Brixham AFC, United will be on the road again on Tuesday for the penultimate away trip of pre-season.
Parkway consolidated their position in the Southern League Premier Division South – one division below The Gulls – with an 11th-placed finish last season, and having made a number of new additions to the squad in the close season, Karl Curtis’ side will provide United with another useful workout.
