County heading to Plainmoor for pre-season test
Torquay United have announced the latest addition to their pre-season schedule, with EFL League Two side Newport County visiting Plainmoor on Saturday July 19th (3pm kick-off).
Ticketing information for this fixture will be announced in due course.
The Welsh side are no strangers to the English Riviera, with their most recent visit taking place three years ago, as the two sides warmed up for the 2022/23 campaign with a competitive 0-0 draw in the summer sun.
United’s confirmed pre-season friendlies are as follows, with further announcements to follow:
- Saturday July 12th v Buckland Athletic (A) 12.30pm KO
- Saturday July 19th v Newport County (H) 3pm KO
- Friday July 25th v Exeter City (H) 7.30pm KO
