Lee Allinson took charge of The Tudors in December 2024 after being in charge of Hendon for five years. Previous to Hendon he was assistant manager at St Albans City and 1st team manager at Biggleswade Town. He helped Hemel to a 12th place finish but ambitions this season will be for a higher placed finish in the table.

Forward Joe White has started the season well with two goals so far. Starting his career at Dagenham & Redbridge, moves to Wealdstone and Stevenage followed. He moved to Biggleswade Town in 2018 scoring 36 goals in 57 games. He then replicated his current manager by moving to Hendon and then Hemel Helpstead in December 2024.

Adebayo Azeez has had two spells with United. His first came on loan from parent club Charlton Athletic in 2013/14 , scoring two goals, and then came back to the club in another brief loan spell in 2020.
He signed for Hemel Hempstead in the summer of 2025.
