TUST Funded Handrails Added To Bristow’s Bench

If you have visited Plainmoor during Pre-Season you will have noticed a much welcome addition to Bristow’s Bench.

Funded by Torquay United Supporter’s Trust (TUST), handrails have been added to help supporters up and down the seat rows across the entire stand. The installation was handled by Martyn from Steel Innovation, based in Newton Abbot (pictured left).

TUST chairman Nick Brodrick is delighted to see the handrails installed. “These new handrails are a very welcome addition for the comfort and safety of those fans who sit in Bristow’s,” said Nick.

“This is a great example of TUST listening to supporters’ suggestions for improving the match day experience at Plainmoor. TUST was pleased to fund these new rails.”

Torquay United would like to thank TUST for funding the installation of the handrails and we hope the Yellow Army enjoys using them at tonight’s pre-season friendly against Exeter City (7:30 KO).
