Boco test for United at Coach Road on sunday, AS SQUAD TAKES SHAPE FOR 2026 RUN-IN
United’s promotion-chasing women will be making a belated return to action this Sunday, as they entertain AEK Boco at Coach Road this Sunday, 11th January (2pm KO)
Having been left frustrated last weekend after the away fixture at Boco bit the dust due to the freezing conditions, hopes are high that the Devon FA’s excellent 3G surface will play host to an intriguing clash between two sides who have ambitions of National League football next term.
Although Sunday’s visitors sit three places higher than The Gulls in 2nd position in the SWRWFL table, Ryan Perks’ side are just four points behind the Bristol-based side, having played four games fewer.
With Boco themselves trailing league leaders Sherborne by just a single point, the stage is set for what could be a pivotal afternoon in the title race.

Although key players Mollie Taylor and Molly Orr-Love are close to returns following their respective lay-offs, three players not figuring will be Emily Elliott, Lily Coaker and Carly Kelland.
Elliot has made an early step up to Tier 4 football with Marine Academy, whilst Lily Coaker has also departed. Loan goalkeeper Carly Kelland, who began the season in-between the sticks but recently lost out to new signing Ellie Mitchell, has returned to parent club Exeter City.
Boss Perks remains hopeful, however, that new additions to replace those leaving may not be too far away.
