4,000+ Expected Tonight – Supporters Urged To Arrive Early
With a crowd of more than 4,000 expected at Plainmoor for tonight’s clash with Weston-super-Mare, Torquay United is encouraging all supporters to arrive early and help ensure everyone is inside the stadium ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off.
It promises to be another fantastic night under the Plainmoor lights, with tonight’s attendance on course to be one of our biggest Tuesday-night league crowds of recent seasons.
The benchmark to beat is the 4,025 crowd that watched United face Salisbury in March 2025, while last season’s biggest Tuesday-night league attendance was 3,917 against Dorking Wanderers.
Have Your QR Code Ready
With particularly busy turnstiles expected in the build-up to kick-off, supporters can help us get everyone into Plainmoor quickly and smoothly.
Please have your ticket QR code open and ready on your phone before reaching the turnstile.
Alternatively, supporters can print their ticket in advance, making sure the QR code is clearly visible and ready to scan.
Turnstiles
All stadium turnstiles will open at 6pm.
Home supporters wishing to access Plainmoor earlier can enter via the Early Turnstile serving Bristow’s Bench / the Family Stand, which will open from 5.30pm.
We strongly recommend supporters do not leave their arrival until the final few minutes before kick-off.
Fan Zone Open From 3pm
Why not arrive early and make an evening of it?
The Fan Zone opens from 3pm on the green in front of Boots & Laces, with food, drink, music, children’s play and family entertainment ahead of the match.
Segregation In Operation
Tonight’s fixture will be fully segregated.
Weston-super-Mare supporters will be accommodated in:
- Bristow’s Bench – Block A
- Wollens Away Terrace
All other areas of Plainmoor are for home supporters.
With 4,000+ expected through the gates, it promises to be another special night at Plainmoor.
