United’s Head of Marketing & Communications, Dominic Garrett-Mee, has left Torquay United to pursue other opportunities.
A dedicated and hard-working member of the Torquay United team behind the scenes, Garrett-Mee worked tirelessly for the club for over twenty years in both voluntary and paid positions.
After joining as a turnstile operator and programme seller in 2004, he then took over matchday announcer duties in 2007. He joined the non-playing staff in 2019 as a general administrator and then Media and Supporter Liaison Co-Ordinator.
Dominic then proved a valuable aide to the Bryn Consortium after the completion of their takeover in 2024., and was appointed Head of Fan Services and then Head of Marketing & Communications.
The club would like to express its thanks to Dominic for the commitment he showed throughout his time at TUFC, and wish him the very best for the future. We look forward to welcoming him back at Plainmoor soon.
