Chris Wade is one of the latest United supporters to benefit from taking part in TUFC’s monthly 1899 Club prize draws, with the ardent Gulls fan recently bagging a Plainmoor Pass for the 2026/27 season!
Last month, Chris received the news he was one of May’s ten lucky winners, and it’s safe to say he was delighted with his prize!
“I have taken part in the 1899 Club Lottery since it started. It’s a wonderful idea for the club to both provide additional funds for the club and create prizes for supporters.
“I was overjoyed to receive an email to be told that I had won a prize for the first time, and then to learn that it was such a big and important one was incredible. I have been a season ticket holder for over fifteen years, so to have this prize is incredible.
Bring on 2026/2027!!”
To make matters even more exciting, supporters taking part in our monthly 1899 Club draws now stand a better chance than ever before of winning a fantastic cash prize, with FIVE monetary totals being added to the next draw, which takes place next weekend, on Sunday June 14th!
Whilst the main winner will still bag the cash jackpot – which stood at £1,683 last month – 2nd to 5th prize winners will now also receive cash prizes, ranging from £200 to £50.
In addition to this, a 6th prize – sponsored by Torquay United Supporters Trust, will see another lucky supporter claim a £50 Club Shop voucher!
