Dylan Morgan Joins Crawley Town

Torquay United can confirm that the Club has reached agreement with Sky Bet League Two side Crawley Town for the transfer of Dylan Morgan for an undisclosed fee.

Dylan, 23, joined the Gulls from Yeovil Town in December 2024 and went on to make 56 competitive appearances in yellow, scoring 13 goals.

After initially joining midway through the 2024/25 season, Dylan enjoyed an excellent campaign last term, scoring 13 times as he established himself as a key member of the United attack. His pace, direct running and eye for goal made him a popular member of the squad and a firm favourite with the Yellow Army.

His performances at Plainmoor have now earned him the opportunity to step up into the EFL with Crawley Town.

United manager Jimmy Ball said:

“We’re delighted for Dylan. It’s a great deal for him and a good deal for the football club.

“We want Torquay United to be a club that attracts and nurtures talented young players, helps them develop and gives them the platform to progress. Dylan has earned this opportunity through his performances and his attitude, and he thoroughly deserves the chance to play EFL football.

“He’s been a really popular lad within the dressing room and with our supporters, and he can leave Torquay with his head held high and knowing he has made a positive contribution to this football club.

“We wish him nothing but the very best at Crawley and we’ll all be watching his progress with interest.”

Everyone at Torquay United would like to thank Dylan for his contribution during his time at Plainmoor and wish him every success for the next chapter of his career.
