Torquay United return home tomorrow, as Hampton & Richmond head to Plainmoor looking to deny Jimmy Ball’s side from chalking up their first home win of the 2026/27 season.
Ahead of tomorrow’ latest National League South encounter, here’s all the information supporters need prior to visiting the stadium.
Getting To Plainmoor
By Train: Torre Station is the nearest rail stop to Plainmoor, with the stadium a 25 minute walk away. Alternatively, local taxi firms can take the strain for you – just phone Price First Taxis on 01803 322322
By Car: The South Devon Link Road runs from Newton Abbot to Torquay, and allows quick access for home and away fans. We do not have any dedicated parking at Plainmoor, and therefore advise fans to get to Plainmoor early so that they can find street parking in the numerous roads located around the stadium.
Bus: Bus service 35A can be picked up from Torquay Harbourside and will bring you to the shops in Plainmoor. The Wollens Terrace away end is a 5 minute walk from the shops.
Ticketing Arrangements
With availability in home areas selling quickly, we’re again encouraging supporters to book early in order to avoid queues at the stadium and secure the seats you desire, with the VX3 Popside open to home supporters wishing to stand.
Travelling Beavers fans have been allocated Bristow’s Bench Block A (seated), with away tickets available directly via the Hampton & Richmond website.
For supporters who prefer to purchase their tickets in person, our Main Club Reception at Plainmoor will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the season, whilst tickets can also be booked over the phone by calling 01803 328666 on these days.
Any fans who require a space in our Wheelchair section are asked to contact the Club during our normal opening hours, or alternatively by paying a visit to our Matchday Ticket Office, which will be open from 6pm on Tuesday. Fans wishing to purchase tickets on the day of the game will also be able to do here, whilst supporters on the Popside will also be able to pay via card at our designated ‘Pay On The Gate’ turnstiles.

Food & Drink At Plainmoor
The Gulls Nest and Boots & Laces will both be open from midday tomorrow, allowing both sets of supporters to enjoy a pre-match drink. Both bars will also be accessible at half-time, although this will be for HOME fans only, prior to reopening to Torquay and Hampton fans again at full-time.

Inside the ground, Food Kiosks offering a wide selection of hot & cold drinks and snacks will also be available to both sets of fans.
Live Music
There will be plenty of reasons to hang around after the big game too, with LIVE music taking place in The Gulls Nest and Boots & Laces after the final whistle is blown.
From 5.45pm, Jimmy Ireland will be entertaining supporters assessing the post-match action in The Gulls Nest, before the music moves downstairs at 6.30pm, as Abi Moran takes centre-stage in Boots & Laces.
Club Shop
All three of United’s 2026/27 shirts will be available in our Club Shop shop tomorrow, where a full range of training wear and accessories will also be available.
With Plainmoor the only place to pick up your official TUFC merchandise, the Yellow Army will also be able to make purchases from the Club Shop Kiosk inside the ground, located between Bristow’s Bench and the Brothwell Irvine Family Stand.
