STRIKER KIERAN WILSON JOINS ON LOAN

Torquay United is please to confirm the loan signing of striker Kieran Wilson from League One side Exeter City.

Scottish forward Wilson, 18, joined Exeter as a scholar in 2023 from Airdrieonians before turning professional in June this year. Formerly a wide player, Wilson has moved to striker this season.

Manager Paul Wotton is happy to add to his squad ahead of Saturday’s away match against Chelmsford City.

“I’m absolutely delighted to get Kieran on loan,” said TUFC manager Paul Wotton. “He’s an aggressive forward that can play anywhere across the forward line. He’s a willing runner and he has good honesty. I’m looking forward to working with him.

“We desperately need bodies in and I’m very grateful to Exeter for helping us get the deal done.”

The loan period covers the busy Christmas period and runs until January 12.

Welcome to The Gulls, Kieran!
