Jenkins Davies Returns On Loan

Plymouth midfielder on his way back to Plainmoor

Torquay United is delighted to announce that Plymouth Argyle midfielder Will Jenkins Davies has returned to the club on loan until January.

Having initially arrived at Plainmoor last summer, Will became a firm favourite of the Yellow Army during the opening weeks of the season before returning to Home Park due to injury.

After recovering, Will picked up exactly where he left off, with his 36 appearances and 8 goals in all competitions last season going a long way to helping The Gulls secure safety with a game to spare following a traumatic 2023/24 campaign.

With United now looking to make an impact at the other end of the table after a promising start this term, Torquay boss Paul Wotton is glad to have Jenkins Davies back on board.

“Will is a player who did very, very well for Torquay United last season,” said Wotton.

“He’s a player I know anyway from my previous time at Plymouth Argyle. He brings energy, commitment, and technical ability to the side”
