Have your say in boots & Laces on Tuesday 21st April
Torquay United supporters are warmly invited to a special Fans’ Forum at Boots & Laces, Plainmoor Stadium, on Tuesday, April 21, with doors opening at 6pm for a 7pm prompt start.
This is a free-to-attend open forum and an opportunity for supporters to hear directly from key figures across the club on three important topics shaping the future of Torquay United.
- Torquay United’s new Youth Development strategy
- TUST’s new and enhanced membership programme
- An introduction to manager Jimmy Ball, who will outline Torquay United’s new football philosophy and his approach across the club
The event will also give supporters the chance to hear from Jimmy ahead of the final game of the regular season and, everyone hopes, as he prepares the team for a play-off campaign. Fans will also have the opportunity to put their questions to Jimmy and the panel in what promises to be an engaging and informative evening.
The panel on stage will consist of Jimmy Ball – First-Team Manager; Mark Bowes-Cavanagh – Co-Chairman; Michael Westcott – Co-Chairman; and Tim Herbert – General Manager.
With so much happening both on and off the pitch, the Forum is a great chance for supporters to come together, hear more about the club’s direction, and take part in an open conversation about the road ahead.
As outlined in the recent Chairmen’s Chat interview, supporters should also note that a further Fans’ Forum will be held in July, when the club will present its financial highlights and outline its plans for the following season.
Food and drinks will be available throughout the evening.
We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible for what should be a lively, positive and informative evening at Plainmoor.
