Having taken on board supporter feedback, Torquay United is pleased to announce an amendment to our Plainmoor Pass pricing arrangements, which will see our Early Bird discount rate remain in place until the first home game of the 2026/27 season.
Following the launch of our 2026/27 Plainmoor Pass on 18th May, the Club has once again been blown away by the dedication and widespread level of support shown by our Yellow Army, with nearly 1,400 supporters already purchasing their seasonal ticket for the upcoming campaign – one that we all hope will be one of celebration.

As outlined within all our Plainmoor Pass announcements, our Early Bird discount rate offers United fans the opportunity to gain access to at least 40 matches during the course of the 2026/27 season, including ALL men’s and women’s home league matches, in addition to selected youth team matches.
The Early Bird rate not only provides supporters with the best value package available, but purchasing early also means those fans have the chance to select from a wider choice of seats and enjoy the matchday action from their favourite viewpoint!
From a Club perspective, purchasing a Plainmoor Pass early greatly assists the club in being able to plan for the season ahead with vital revenue already in place. This is obviously hugely important when it comes to deciding on stadium improvements, long-term ambitions, staffing, and of course… the playing budget.
The addition of Klarna to our other payment methods has provided Gulls fans with a flexible alternative to paying in a one-off payment, and this has proven a popular option with many fans. Further information regarding spreading the cost through Klarna can be found HERE.
However, with only one traditional end-of-month payment date occurring during the month-long Early Bird discount period, the club does appreciate that this time constraint does make it more difficult for some fans to make this purchase.
Therefore, having reviewed our 2026/27 Plainmoor Pass pricing arrangements, the Club has decided it will not be introducing the higher-rate ‘Standard’ price rate on June 15th as originally planned, meaning that supporters will have an additional eight weeks to purchase their Passes and ensure they don’t miss any of the action next season!
With prices frozen across the board, United’s unique season ticket package, Plainmoor Pass, now offers supporters more value than ever before, with holders able to access over 40 men’s, women’s and youth team matches held at Plainmoor throughout 2026/27.
Having gone within a whisker of securing promotion last term, Jimmy Ball is determined to ensure his side goes one step further in his first full season in charge, and The Gulls’ boss has wasted no time in bringing in a number of new faces to strengthen the squad ahead of another promotion push, with six new players – Callum Morton, Zak Baker, Sean Robertson, Isaac Westendorf, Tyler Hill and Dom Bernard – already on board, and more to come!

Note:
- Concessionary for over-65s apply to supporters aged over 65 on 1st July 2026.
- Concessionary rate for Students apply to holders of a valid NUS card on 1st July 2026.
- Under-18, Under-14 and Under-8 rates apply to supporters under these ages on 1st July 2026.
- Proof of entitlement is required for those claiming concessionary rate for armed forces members.
- Under-14 and Under-8 Plainmoor Passes are only available when purchased with an Adult / Concession Plainmoor Pass.
- Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult
- There will be no charge for young children aged under 3 occupying the same seat as an adult
Supporters will also continue to receive a range of additional benefits, including:
- Priority access to cup and play-off fixtures
- Priority access to selected away tickets
- 10% Club Shop discount
- Discounts for selected Plainmoor events
Family Season Tickets
Families of four in our Family Stand can enjoy a season’s worth of action for our men, women and youth teams for just £600.
These tickets will be available in the following combinations:
- 2 x Adults or Concessions + 2 x Under-14s or Under-8s
Please note that these group tickets are only available in the Brothwell Irvine Family Stand and are limited in availability.
Disabled Supporters Policy
As outlined within the policy, which can be viewed here, fans who have a disability and require an accompanying carer to attend matches, will be able to obtain a ticket for their nominated carer at no additional charge.
There are also a number of designated wheelchair spaces loctaed in the Brothwell Irvine Family Stand, which provide supporters, and their carers, to watch all of the action together with their friends, family, and fellow supporters. Plainmoor Passes within our wheelchair areas are available at a reduced rate, however, please note these strictly limited in number, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A New Ticketing Experience With Fanbase
Fanbase, United’s new ticket partner, is a sports-focused digital ticketing and fan engagement platform, supporting features such as digital season tickets, online match tickets, ticket-office tools, hospitality and event ticketing, mobile ticket wallets, and improved supporter data management.
With Fanbase being our new digital ticketing partner, we would encourage supporters to download the Fanbase App or sign up via the Fanbase website HERE to download your digital Plainmoor Pass free of charge.
Please Note: Supporters who would like a physical printed card will still be able to request this, however, please note there will be a £5 charge per card ordered.
Supporters needing any assistance, or wishing to purchase in-person, need not despair though – Plainmoor Passes can still be booked over the phone or in-person via our Main Club Reception during the Club’s usual opening hours listed HERE
