United to head to Mill Marsh Park next Tuesday
Torquay United’s quest for County Cup glory will see them travel to holders Bovey Tracey in the Preliminary Round of the St Luke’s Challenge Cup on Tuesday, 22nd September (7.30pm KO).
Bovey, who are managed by former Gulls favourite Ben Gerring, are currently enjoying one of the finest periods in their history.
The Moorlanders will be following up last season’s memorable Peninsula League promotion by hosting their first-ever FA Cup tie this weekend, and having begun their first ever Western League campaign in impressive fashion, they will no doubt provide Jimmy Ball’s side with a stern test, as United look to win the County Cup for the first time since 2006/07.

Supporters are advised that there will be no parking available at the ground, with fans advised to use the Station Road public car park instead, which is a located a short walk away from Bovey’s Mill Marsh Park ground.
