Gulls looking to push on from their excellent 3-0 win on the road at Bournemouth Sports last weekend.
Torquay United Women will make their second trip to the south coast in seven days when they head to Portsmouth to face Moneyfields in the FAWNL (18/10/26 2pm KO).
After a string of unfortunate results, Ryan Perks’ side bounced back admirably with a professional 3-0 win on the road at Bournemouth Sports. Goals from Beth Everson (4 mins), Katelyn Bell (11 mins) and Sarah Stacey (90+4) secured all three points for the Gulls.
Six matches into the campaign, United sit in sixth position, just three points behind Moneyfields, so there is plenty to play for as the Gulls look to keep climbing the division.
Moneyfields will be hoping to put an end to their consecutive league defeats, particularly after making a storming start to the new campaign with four straight wins. Their latest defeat came last weekend, when they fell to a 4-2 loss at home to Bridgwater United Women.
