Mascot & Team Tour Packages At Plainmoor

Why not give your child a chance to be a mascot with one of our popular Mascot packages, as well as local groups having the chance to come to a game for one of our Community Group experiences.

Our famous Matchday Mascot packages give youngsters between 5-12 the chance of a lifetime, as they go behind the scenes and walk side by side with their heroes onto the hallowed Plainmoor turf.

This one-off experience never fails to impress, and whatever the age, being an official TUAFC Club mascot will provide the child with memories to last a lifetime!

Mascot packages include:

• Two match tickets for our mascot and their guardian to watch the match in the Family Stand

• Meet the United players in the home changing room

• Name & photo will appear in our matchday magazine, 1899.

• Your child will be introduced to supporters by our PA announcer.

• Your child will lead out the team onto the pitch ahead of kick-off.

• Commemorative photo

• Upgrade for kit options available

 

Torquay United’ AFC’s Team Tours initiative gives grassroots and local teams of up to 15 children and 5 guardians the opportunity to enjoy a home league match in style at Plainmoor, with more group members welcome for an additional fee.

Everybody at the Club knows that watching a live match at Plainmoor is always more fun when its spent in the company of friends, with many unforgettable memories taking place in our stands and terraces each season – ones which will last a lifetime.

Team Tour experiences also contain a number of other additional extras to make the occasion even more special, including:

• Match Tickets to watch the game together as a group

• ‘Meet and Greet’ by a member of TUAFC staff

• Each guest will receive a complimentary copy of our Matchday Programme

• The group will be invited to take part in a penalty shoot-out prior to kick-off, with the winner taking part in our famous Crossbar Challenge (weather dependant*)

• The group will form a Guard of Honour, as both sets of players emerge out onto the hallowed Plainmoor turf!

• To round off a marvellous day, our superb official Club photographer Pinnacle Photo Agency will also be on hand to take a professional photo of the group with our Man of the Match, which will then be provided to the group contact via email as a keepsake.

 

*In the event of wet / icy conditions, an alternative challenge will take place instead.
