Steve took over mid season in the 2021/22 season and helped guide the women to a County Cup victory over Exeter City, as well as a respectable fourth placed finish in the league. Elswood had a playing career at the likes of Hendon & Hayes where he was a goalkeeper. and was part of the Torquay United Centre of Excellence, as well as then being involved with the Youth set up at Tiverton Town. Steve currently holds a UEFA B Coaching licence. Fun Fact about Steve: Steve owns shares in a racehorse that won the Welsh Grand National in 2021, and also loves a good cooking gadget!

Alan had a varied playing career and then went on to coach Buckland Ladies, Plainmoor Ladies & Liverton Ladies, before becoming Steve Elswood's Assistant Manager here at TUWFC. Was promoted to Manager for the 2023/24 season upon Steve's step up to the Director Of Football post. Fun Fact about Alan: Alan is a secret rock guitarist (though now not secret anymore!)

Emma has played for a number of teams since the age of 18 including Buckland and Liverton before arriving here at United in the Summer of 2022. Fun Facts About Emma: In her spare time Emma likes to jet ski along with other water based activities while out on her family boat, and has also met some of the England Women's team including Beth Mead.

Rebecca has been playing football since the age of 11 years old and has played in most positions for the teams she has played for in her career. McMullin admits she isn't the most technically gifted player but that her hard work on the pitch is second to none. The midfielder always wants to bring her best game and is passionate about giving her support to team mates both on and off the pitch. Fun Fact about Rebecca: Rebecca has appeared on Ninja Warrior.

Ocean has played football since the age of 11 and played youth football with Buckland Athletic. Latto has represented Devon from U14s, and at U15s level made the SW England Selection. Despite being one of the younger members of the squad, Ocean has loved her time and enjoyed her journey so far here at Torquay United. Fun Fact about Ocean: Don't mess with Ocean as she has a Black Belt in Judo!

Jana is the Team Captain of TUWFC and has been playing football since the age of 5 years old. Richards played with the the biggest lump on her head in last years County Cup Final win against Exeter City. Fun Fact about Jana: Jana rates her cooking and chef skills as a perfect 10/10!

Tracey joined the United ranks in January 2022 from Plymouth Argyle after having a five year hiatus from the game. Previous clubs have included Bristol City & Exeter City. Cross is the current Vice Captain of TUWFC and rates her style as a fiesty midfielder who still thinks she can play as a striker! Was made Team Captain for the 2023/24 season. Fun Fact about Tracey: Simply Tracey's motto of Old But Gold!

Sasha joined the Dawlish United boys team at the age of six, before becoming a member of the Dawlish United Girls team upon it's creation at the age of 11. Whilst at Dawlish Girls Sasha had Devon FA trials and was accepted allowing her to play for the County team as well as her Club side. The defender was then scouted for the South West Centre of Excellence, where she played alongside girls from other Counties, while still playing for Dawlish Girls/Women. Mole has now been at United for three seasons, and in her time at the various clubs she has played for, has played i almost every position making her a very versatile team member. Sasha is best remembered for her emergency goalkeeping feats in the 2021/22 Devon County Cup Final against Exeter City, where as well as playing a solid game she also scored and saved penalties in the shootout, which helped United to triumph for the first time in their history. Fun Fact about Sasha: Sasha plays Darts on a Friday night in the Teignmouth Friday Night Darts League.

Was made Vice Captain for the 2023/24 season.

Danni first signed for Torquay at the age of 18, before going off to play for Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City, returning to United in 2021. Fun Fact about Danni: Danni is a designer of kitchens & bathrooms.
