Having already received an amazing response to our 2023 Poppy Auction, supporters are reminded that this year’s auction will close at 2pm on Sunday (19/11/23).
The Club would like to place on record its thanks to all supporters who have already taken part by placing their bids. With a number of first-team player’s special edition poppy shirts available, the funds raised from the auction will go to the Royal British Legion.
The special edition poppy shirts featured in the matches against Yeovil Town (H) and Havant & Waterlooville (A), with the Yellow Army now being given the opportunity to own a unique piece of Club memorabilia, whilst also raising valuable funds for the Legion in the process.
Torquay United AFC believes that paying its respects to all those who lost their lives in battle is of the utmost importance, and is proud to continue honouring the sacrifices of fallen, whilst also supporting the work of the Royal British Legion in helping members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families,
This year’s auction will again be held online HERE, allowing supporters to keep track on the progress of their chosen shirt.
Bids can be placed on any of the available shirts listed individually on our official Club Shop website. When bids are placed, the current price will automatically update and be displayed on the specific shirt listing.
Each shirt has a reserve price of £60 and our latest shirt auction will close at 2pm on Sunday 19th November.
