Orient had five different managers last season, and succumbed to relegation to the National League after a late run of seven games without a win. It ended a 112-year stay in the Football League.
Last Meeting:
The last meeting between the two clubs came in the 2006/07 FA Cup second round. The match was former Torquay United manager Lubos Kubik’s first game in charge. A goal from former United striker Jamie Ward earned the Club a 1-1 draw and it was back to Brisbane Road for the replay.
A brace from striker Jordan Robertson helped Torquay put their league troubles behind them and book a FA Cup third round meeting against Southampton.

The O’s started the summer as one of the favourites to get themselves back into the Football League. However, recent results have led to them sacking manager Steve Davis following a run of 11 league matches without a win.
