Boots & Laces has all the live action for you this coming week, including European & Premier League action.
Wednesday 5th October brings us two Champions League Group games starting at 17:45, as Celtic travel to Germany to face RB Leipzig, before at 20:00 we head to Stamford Bridge where Chelsea will face one of the Italian giants in AC Milan. Wednesday also sees the Summon Bonum Support & Care Disco Night take place in Boots & Laces between 7pm-10pm, with entry only £3. A well-established and popular community initiative, this weekly event for those with support and care needs also includes a disco, karaoke and a prize raffle, ensuring an enjoyable night for all those in attendance!
Thursday 6th October takes us to the Europa League with another two Group games starting at 17:45 as Omonia Nicosia face a Manchester United side looking to bounce back from their heavy Manchester Derby defeat on Sunday. Then at 20:00 it’s the turn of Premier League leaders Arsenal who face Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt who currently lead the Group though the Gunners have played a game less.
Friday 7th October will see the Lionesses in action as England, current European Champions take on the USA, who are the current World Champions, from Wembley in what is sure to be a fierce battle between two of the world’s best teams . Kick off is at 20:00.
With Gary Johnson’s side on the road at York City on Saturday 8th October (3pm KO), and if you are not making the trip, then Boots & Laces will have National League & Premier League action, starting at 12:30 with Dagenham & Redbridge taking on Southend United, before at 17:30 it’s off to the Amex as Brighton face Tottenham Hotspur, who will be looking to getting back to winning ways after their first defeat of the season last weekend.
Sunday 9th October brings three Premier League games starting at 14:00 from Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace take on Leeds United, before at 16:30 as we head to the Emirates as Arsenal look to remain top of the league when they face a stuttering Liverpool side, who will be looking to get their own season back on track. The action finishes at 19:00 as an inconsistent Everton take on North West rivals Manchester United.
