Tuesday night will see a United side head to Erme Valley to take on Ivybridge Town in the 1st Round of the Bayside Devon St. Luke’s Challenge Cup (7.30pm KO).

Having last won the competition back in 2006/07, The Gulls will tomorrow be facing a Town side that are currently unbeaten in the South West Peninsula League (East), with Saturday’s 1-0 home win over Teignmouth seeing The Bridgers extend their table-topping form to nine wins and one draw in their opening ten fixtures.

The Bayside St. Luke’s Challenge Cup

The St. Luke’s Cup – also known as the Devon Bowl – is the County’s premier knock-out competition, with the final scheduled to take place at Devon FA Headquarters at Coach Road, Newton Abbot on Friday 3rd May, 2024. Tiverton Town are the current holders of the trophy, having beaten Willand Rovers on penalties in last year’s showpiece.
