Goalkeeper Alex Bass picked up a grade two Medial Collateral Ligament injury in Saturday’s National League encounter against Woking.
Bass, on loan from Portsmouth, is expected to be out of contention for at least 6-8 weeks and he has returned to parent club Portsmouth for treatment.
“We’ve had the results and he’ll [Bass] will probably be out for 6 to 8 weeks which is a bit of a nightmare for us,” said TUFC manager Gary Johnson.
Bass was already unavailable for Saturday’s FA Cup match away to Brightlingsea so fellow goalkeeper Shaun MacDonald looks likely to play.
