TUAFC would like to thank all of the local businesses who attended Breakfast Club, following its eagerly anticipated return on Wednesday morning.
The morning began with a delicious breakfast buffet, and plenty of orange juice and coffee, before Ian Brown of the Media Team welcomed those present, and each business representative introduced themselves to the group.
Jamie Clifford of JMV Solutions was our guest speaker, and gave an insightful presentation about the importance of cyber security, as well as how JMV can support businesses.
Following the talk, upon entering our Numbers 10’s Restaurant, each business was invited to put their business card into a tombola, before one lucky business would be the lucky recipient of four complimentary ticket for an upcoming United game at Plainmoor. This event saw Ian Pitchford of A Mind 4 Adventure drawn out as the winner.
The morning was then rounded off with the opportunity for all of the businesses present to mingle amongst themselves, learn about each other companies, and how they can assist each other in creating a brighter future for Torbay.
The Club’s next Breakfast Club is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 26th October, starting at 9am, with those bringing a guest being entitled to claim a free ticket for United’s rescheduled clash against Aldershot Town, now due to be played at Plainmoor on Tuesday 1st November in a 7:45pm kick off.
