Two prominent members of the Torquay United family had an extra cause for celebration recently, as Commercial Manager Sharon Cox married former Gulls midfielder Russell Musker.
With United gearing up for their own date with destiny in their Play-Off semi-final against Notts County on Saturday, the happy couple enjoyed their own special day, in the presence of family and friends at a beautiful service in Cockington.
Russell has memories of his own successful Play-Off campaign in a yellow shirt, having made 21 appearances for the Club during the 1990/91 season as the side secured promotion from Division 4, whilst Sharon remains a popular and valued member of the off-field team at Plainmoor, as the Torquay class of 2020/21 look to match their predecessors, and secure their long-awaited return to the Football League.
