With United set to host Derby County in the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup on Sunday 6th November, the Club is able to provide the following information regarding tickets.
Tickets will be sold in three sale periods, with the first being priority access for 2022/23 Season Ticket Holders, before a sales period of Loyalty Tickets for supporters with a previous purchase history with the Club, prior to the release of the remaining tickets for General Sale.
Season Ticket Holders (4pm Friday 21st October to 3pm Wednesday 26th October)
As part of the benefits of being a Season Ticket Holder, there will be an exclusive sale window for 2022/23 Season Ticket Holders, who will be able to purchase their tickets from 4pm today, Friday 21st October. All current Season Ticket Holders will have their seats reserved until 3pm on Wednesday 26th October, and can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.
Season Ticket Holders attending tomorrow’s televised BT Sport clash against Altrincham, will have the opportunity to purchase tickets from the Ticket Office between midday and 4pm.
Please note that any Season Ticket seats not purchased by the 3pm deadline, will then be released in the next batch of ticket sales.
Loyalty Tickets (3pm Wednesday 26th October to 3pm Monday 31st October)
Following the conclusion of the Season Ticket Holder only window at 3pm on Wednesday 26th October, tickets will be available for United supporters who qualify for our Loyalty Scheme. This sale window is applicable to supporters who have a previous purchase history with TUAFC.
Loyalty customers will be able to purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets.
General Sale (3pm Monday 31st October onwards)
Following the Season Ticket Holders and Loyalty Ticket sale windows, remaining tickets will then be made available for General Sale, starting at 3pm on Monday 31st October.
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person via the Club Shop. Supporters can purchase tickets online HERE, and from Monday 24th October, in the build up to this fixture, the Club Shop will be open 10am-2pm Monday to Friday for supporters wishing to purchase tickets in person, with phonelines also open throughout this time via 01803 328666.
The Club Shop will also open 5pm-7pm on Monday 24th October, and next Thursday, 27th October for supporters unable to come to the Club during our usual opening hours.
Supporters will also have the opportunity to buy tickets from Boots & Laces on Thursday 27th October between 2pm and 4:30pm, where the Club will also host its latest Retro Gulls, with further information about this event available here.
Away Ticket Information
Away supporters will be allocated the Wollens Terrace, which is all standing, and Blocks A and B of Bristow’s Bench (all seating). Away tickets can be purchased direct via Derby County, who will be releasing details to their supporters in due course.

Supporters are reminded that it is highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance of arriving at the stadium to avoid queues, and that no tickets will be available to purchase at the turnstiles.
All matchday tickets are now being fulfilled as e-tickets which can be printed off, or alternatively downloaded and stored onto your mobile device , ahead of being scanned at the turnstiles.
