Highly-rated defender becomes Wotton’s latest addition.

Jordan Dyer has become the second Bath City player to switch to United this summer, with the 24 year-old agreeing a two-year contract with The Gulls.

Following hot on the heels of his former Romans teammate Dan Hayfield arriving on the English Riviera, Dyer has bolstered Paul Wotton’s 2024/25 squad even further by making a similar switch to Plainmoor.

Like Hayfield, Jordan began his career at St James Park, where he made ten first-team appearances for his hometown club.

After gaining significant experience on the non-League circuit during loan spells with Bideford, Tiverton, Chippenham and Yeovil, it was at Bath that Dyer’s career hit new heights, with two successful loan spells prompting a permanent move to City in 2022.

Two hugely successful seasons at Twerton Park followed, with Jordan now looking forward to taking on the challenge of the 2024/25 National League South season in a yellow shirt.
