Torquay United Football Club is pleased to announce that defender Kyle Cameron has signed a contract extension.
Cameron, who turns 22 next week, joined the club in the summer and has been a rock at the heart of the Gulls defence, making 30 appearances so far.
Manager Gary Johnson was understandably delighted to secure his man.
“I’m very pleased that Kyle has pledged his immediate future to Torquay United,” said Johnson. “He’s been an ever present since I’ve been here and he’s a top player. He’s one of the best centre-halves that I’ve worked with.
“He’s mature beyond his years which culminated in him being captain for a few games when Asa [Hall] was not available.
“He’s got everything he needs to have a good career in the game.”
We’ll be uploading a interview to Official TUFC TV soon.
