Nico Lawrence received recognition for his form in February, as he was presented with his TUAFC Player of the Month award by sponsors, BVEC.
Since coming in on loan from Southampton until the end of the season, Lawrence has shown a maturity in United’s backline that far exceeds his years, and he featured in every minute of the six fixtures during February.

TUAFC would also like to thank BVEC for sponsoring each Player of the Month award for 2022/23, with Company Director Dan Veasey at Plainmoor to hand over the award in person.

Defender Lawrence, meanwhile, was delighted to receive his award for February;
“I feel delighted to have won this award, and would like to thank the fans for all their support from the sides in what was a pretty hard month to be fair. The results haven’t been going our way, but we need to keep pushing to try and get the results and stay out of relegation.”
