Torquay United AFC are on the lookout for Ticket Office staff to join our matchday team here at Plainmoor.
Our Ticket Office staff are on hand to assist supporters with ticket purchases and queries from the stadium on matchdays, and therefore all candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills, as well as the passion to work in the unique busy & fast-paced environment of a professional football club!
This exciting role will require the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a degree of flexibilty, with fixtures sometimes subject to change throughout the course of the season.
Being a customer-facing role, staff will also be expected to be honest and of be smart appearance, whilst remaining calm and comfortable when processing card transactions / cash handling.
Usual hours of work are as follows, with the rate of pay being £9 per hour:
- Saturday fixtures: 11.45am – 3pm
- Evening fixtures 5.30pm – 7.45pm
