Former Plymouth Argyle and Truro striker Rory Fallon featured for United’s 2-0 defeat to Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday, and Torquay United player-manager Kevin Nicholson confirmed the forward will be training with the Gulls over the next few days.
“I think we need a target man, that’s the one thing we haven’t got up there. Rory is someone with great pedigree, obviously he has had a tough couple of years, but he’s a fantastic character, he’s a good guy and he’s played a very good level. If we can get him fit and firing and he looks like he’s in good shape, then you never know what we might be able to do.”
