We are pleased to confirm the signing of midfielder, Asa Hall.

Hall, 31, brings a wealth of experience to the squad this season having made over 300 first team appearances turning out for teams such as Luton Town, Oxford United, Shrewsbury Town, and Cheltenham Town.

He was part of the squad that earned the Robins a return to the Football League in 2016 making 45 league appearances, scoring 3 goals. Last season he made 37 appearances for Barrow, also finding the net 3 times. Two of those goals came in vital wins against Eastleigh and Guiseley as the Bluebirds avoided relegation from the National League.

Asa will add to the candidates that head coach Gary Owers has to pick from to skipper the team this season, having captained many of his previous sides. The armband is up for grabs with former captain Sean McGinty leaving the Club to join Partick Thistle.

Hall joins George Essuman, Josh Gowling, Jakub Sokolik, Bobson Bawling, Jason Banton, Jamie Reid, Ruairi Keating, Jon-Paul Pittman, and Brett Williams as players under contract for 2018/19.
