TUAFC would like to say thank you to Thea Bristow for her sponsorship of Saturday’s game against Oldham Athletic.
With the new season getting underway last Saturday, TUAFC would like to thank Thea Bristow for her support at the weekend and also for her continued support of the Club. The Oldham game saw Torquay United celebrate 10 years since Bristow’s Bench was first opened, with the stand being a lasting memorial to Thea’s late husband Paul.
Working together with the Club, Thea had hand clappers distributed to all attendees of the game at Plainmoor, whilst also nominating the “Yellow Army” as her Man Of The Match award for their terrific support on the day. We look forward to welcoming Thea and the Yellow Army back to Plainmoor for our next home game against Boreham Wood on Saturday 20th August 3pm KO.

Whether you’re a business looking for a staff day out, or a family looking to celebrate a special occasion, Match and Match Ball Sponsorship packages provide a memorable matchday for all involved – with a matchday magazine, team sheet and for Match Sponsors, a signed home shirt providing souvenirs for the day.
You will experience full VIP treatment as you will have access to your own exclusive box. Upon arrival you will be welcomed and taken to your box by a hostess who will get your drinks before taking you to the restaurant ready for your three-course meal.
For the match you will be allocated executive seats just outside your box. At half time you will have access to your box where you will also
have access to Sky/BT TV and the ability to order drinks with a hostess. In the second half, Match Sponsors will choose their Man of the Match before going pitch-side to present the award at full time, with Match Ball Sponsors receiving a signed ball from the nominated player.
Match Sponsorship packages provide businesses with a great opportunity for brand exposure as your adverts will be displayed in our matchday magazine, 1899. Before the game a feature article will be published on the Club website and social media.
