Torquay United is delighted to announce new kit partnership with VX3.

Following on from the news that The Bryn Consortium has agreed to acquire Torquay United, subject to creditor approval, the Consortium have announced a kit and retail link-up that will not only see The Gulls sporting a vibrant new look in their 125th anniversary campaign, but will also see them forge a dynamic new partnership with a locally-based – but nationally-recognised – brand.

With Torbay-based VX3 welcoming The Gulls onto their growing roster of professional sports clubs, the Yellow Army can now look forward to watching their team take to the field next season in kit that is truly unique to Torquay United FC.

Ben Lovell, Commercial Director of VX3, outlined the background behind the new partnership.

“We are delighted to be working alongside Torquay United. As a business packed with life-long TUFC fans, proud to have our roots in Torbay, we’re excited to partner with the Bay’s premier sporting organisation.

“We welcome Torquay to our stable of professional sports clubs, alongside Newport County, Salford Red Devils in the Super League, and Dragons RFC. The club has a rich history, and their new, exciting trajectory aligns perfectly with VX3’s values and goals. We are especially enthusiastic about working with the club as they enter a new era of ownership and helping mark 125 years of Torquay United.

“We look forward to enhancing the online and physical retail experiences, as well as creating a wider, truly bespoke range exclusively for the Yellow Army.”

Further details regarding the kit partnership, including some exciting news on how Gulls fans can play their part in selecting our 2024/25 look, will follow shortly!
