Torquay United AFC would like to provide its supporters with an update following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s recent announcement.
The news that the government is to allow spectators to return to sporting stadiums on a restricted basis is welcomed by everybody at United, as we are obviously keen to welcome our devoted Yellow Army back into matches, whilst ensuring that fans can enjoy matches at Plainmoor in a safe and secure environment.
The club will continue to liaise with all governing bodies, including the local authority, and we will provide supporters with more information following the Government updates on Thursday, in due course.
