It was once again a weekend of differing fortunes for our Junior Premier League sides, with both involved in tough encounters.
Our Under-13s faced a daunting task against a very good Saints Southwest Devon side. Despite going down to a heavy defeat in their Shield clash, our youngsters kept going until the final whistle, with Jack Allen, Charlie Wills and Regan Lashenko in particular showing admirable spirit in testing circumstances.
Our Under-16s, meanwhile, faced Weston-super-Mare in West South Division clash. They eventually came out of a tight clash with a 1-0 win to strengthen their grip on 3rd place in the league.
