Following Torquay United AFC’s Annual General Meeting on Friday, Chairman Clarke Osborne provided an update to the Club’s shareholders.
With the Club Chairman present to speak to Shareholders at the AGM on Friday morning, he took this opportunity to reaffirm his ongoing support for Torquay United AFC.
Having been at the helm for nearly six years now, Clarke reiterated his ongoing support for TUAFC, and once again outlined his vision for making the Club more sustainable in the future.
As we don’t own Plainmoor and with little opportunity for growth at our current stadium, in order to achieve this objective, it is vital that the Club relocates to a new purpose-built stadium to enhance its commercial viability, which will not only support the future growth of Torquay United AFC, but also in turn, benefit the whole of the wider Torbay community.
