Torquay United AFC would like to thank all Season Ticket holders for their patience during the last few months, and look forward to welcoming them back to Plainmoor very soon. Following the decision by the government to allow spectators to return to sporting stadiums, the club is now able to provide an update for Season Ticket holders.
Due to Plainmoor’s capacity being greatly reduced, socially distanced 2020/21 passes will be issued over the next few days to all Season Ticket holders to reflect the need for supporters to remain socially distanced inside the stadium. These new Season Tickets passes will include the title ‘Season Ticket 2020/21 – SD‘, and will therefore be easily identified.
Popside Season Ticket holders have been allocated a safe standing area, which is displayed on their pass. This will consist of a Block Number and Grid Row / Number to ensure social distancing is adhered to in standing areas.
Please Note: Any passes previously issued in August / September for the 2020/21 season will therefore no longer be valid, and you will need to present your new Season Ticket pass to gain access into the stadium on matchdays.
Supporters who paid to have their 2020/21 Season Pass posted to them will receive their Socially Distanced pass in the post shortly. These were dispatched on Monday, 30th November 2020 and should therefore arrive with you over the next few days.
Supporters who chose to collect their Season Pass from Plainmoor will be able to do so at the Ticket Office during the following times:
- Tuesday 1st December (12pm – 7pm)
- Wednesday 2nd December (12pm – 4pm)
- Thursday 3rd December (12pm – 7pm)
- Friday 4th December (12pm – 4pm)
Please be aware that all collections must be made in advance of attending a match – NO COLLECTIONS CAN BE MADE ON A MATCHDAY.
Ensuring Plainmoor remains as safe as possible will require the co-operation of all supporters, and therefore we request that all Season Ticket holders take the time to familiarise themselves with the Supporters Code of Conduct, enclosed with their pass, before visiting the stadium. It must be stressed that Torquay United will have a zero tolerance policy towards any supporters who do not abide by the conditions laid out within this policy.
Further details regarding the sale of individual match tickets will be announced shortly, however no tickets will be available to purchase or to collect on a matchday.
