Once again, there was a great turn out in Boots & Laces on Thursday afternoon, as two more Gulls stars took centre stage during our latest Retro Gulls event.
Hosted by Media Assistant Ian Brown, United loan players Dillon De Silva and Chin Okoli took time out from their preparations ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Notts County to take part in a lively Q&A session, as our Retro Gulls took up the opportunity to pose questions to The Gulls’ latest loan favourites.
A keenly-contested quiz was next up on the agenda, with our latest winners scoring an impressive 10 out of 15!
TUAFC would like to thank all our guests and supporters for making our latest event such a success, and we look forward to welcoming old and new Retro Gulls to next event, which will take place in Boots & Laces on Thursday 24th November from 2pm – 4pm.

About Retro Gulls
With the health and wellbeing in residents aged 50 and over widely recognised as another important aspect of community care within Torbay, supporters aged 50 and over will be invited to attend events in Boots & Laces once a month, with United stars present and past due to be in attendance for each meeting.
The Club will be focused on all things Torquay United, and will provide the opportunity to get Torquay talking. These events will give our ‘Retro Gulls’ the chance to discuss the current team, and those of yesteryear, with both fellow supporters and United stars past and present.
The events will vary each month, with future activities set to include fitness sessions, skittles, programme swap-shops, quizzes, bingo, workshops and much more!

Thursday 24th November from 2pm-4pm
Friday 16th December from 2pm-4pm
