TUFC looking to recruit Head of Operations at Plainmoor
Torquay United FC are on the lookout for a highly motivated and driven individual to lead the club’s operations on a day-to-day basis.
As Head of Operations, the individual will manage the Football Club Operations on a day-to-day basis, across the matchday, events, and hospitality functions. The Post holder will also oversee and undertake facilities management here at the Plainmoor, will include the stadium, pitch, and groundskeeping.
Our Head of Operations will engage with internal and external partners to develop and implement a small but high-performing team to ensure the club is run as efficiently as possible, whilst delivering the best-possible experience for all of our supporters, sponsors and guests on matchdays and non-matchdays.
This role is a permanent full-time position, with evening and weekend availability essential.
