United’s home clash with Chesterfield on Saturday, 7th May 2022 has been selected for live BT Sport coverage, resulting an earlier kick-off time of 12.30pm.
With an exciting climax to the campaign in store for the two teams, as both look towards securing their places in the end-of-season promotion play-offs, BT Sport will be making the most of the opportunity as their cameras descend on Plainmoor for what is sure to be a highly-charged affair.
With Gary Johnson’s side only having two away fixtures remaining after this clash, the Yellow Army will need to be in full voice for our final home game of 2021/22, as the lads look to secure three vital points to aid our play-off bid.
The presence of BT Sport will also give the watching nation another chance to see The Gulls take on the Spireites, after Torquay secured a point in stunning style back in September, with the reverse clash ending in a 2-2 draw.
