With his side set to travel to Boreham Wood to contest their Buildbase FA Trophy 4th Round tie tomorrow, manager Gary Johnson gave his reaction to United’s potential fifth round opponents following the draw this afternoon.
The winners of the one-off match at Meadow Park have been drawn away to the victors of the Halifax v Southport tie, with both matches due to be decided on Tuesday evening.
“It is what it is, and if/when we get through, and it’s the next game, we will give it our full attention,” said Johnson.
“Normally, in earlier circumstances you’d be disappointed for your fans that would have to travel, but in the current circumstances, that’s not applicable.”
All fifth round ties are scheduled to be played on Saturday 6th February.
