Torquay United head coach Gary Owers has moved to extend goalkeeper Vincent Dorel’s stay at the Club.

“I’ve made him an offer this morning of a short-term contract,” said Owers.

“I like him, I think he’s a passionate guy and he trains really well. I think he has done excellent in the two games I have seen him.

“I sat down and had a chat with him yesterday and it is only fair that we give him the opportunity to remain as number one.”
