After the stunning 4-2 win over Notts County, ticketing details are now available for our Play-Off Final v Hartlepool United at Ashton Gate on Sunday, 20th June (2pm KO), with Season Ticket holders now able to purchase their tickets.
Ticket prices and allocation has been set by the National League, with the details outlined below.
All tickets are priced at £41.00, plus a £1.25 transaction fee per ticket, with no concessionary rate available. These will be available in set pods of 1 ticket, 2 tickets, 3 tickets and 4 tickets to ensure social distancing in maintained, whilst allowing supporters to attend with up to three other people within their social bubble.
Torquay United has been allocated the Lansdown Stand (W1-W13 & W15-W17), South Stand (S18) & Atyeo Stand (N38-N41) (please see stadium map below for reference).
Please note that due to Ashton Gate already allocating specific pods for this fixture, supporters will unfortunately not be given the opportunity to select specific seats for the final.
Although tickets will again be available via our ticketing website here and over the phone via the times listed below on 01803 328666, tickets this time will be issued in physical form, rather than via the e-ticket email method.
Tickets can be sent in the post with an additional postal charge of 75p per transaction, or alternatively to assist those based within the Bay, these can be collected from Plainmoor’s ticket office window.
If you are collecting your tickets from Plainmoor, please ensure you leave 24 hours between ordering your tickets and collecting them, between the hours listed below:
- Tuesday 15th June – 3.30pm – 7.30pm
- Wednesday 16th June – 3.30pm – 7.30pm
- Thursday 17th June – 10am-1pm & 3.30pm – 7.30pm
- Friday 18th June – 3.30pm – 7.30pm
- Saturday 19th June – 10am – 1pm
Please be aware that NO tickets will be available to purchase in person at Plainmoor, and NO collections can be made from Ashton Gate on the day of the game.
Phonelines are understandably expected to be extremely busy, however a new queuing system and additional phone lines have been introduced at the Club to assist supporters. We greatly appreciate the understanding and patience of our Yellow Army at this time.

With tickets sure to be in high demand, the Club is introducing a structured ticket release, in order to ensure as many of our loyal supporters are able to cheer on the side in Bristol as possible:
- Pre-Sale for 2020/2021 Season Ticket Holders is open NOW, and will end at 4.30pm on Tuesday 15th June
- General Sale will commence from 10am Wednesday 16th June.
